Our whole beef is totally customizable to your family's needs. We have a wonderful butcher who will talk you through the process and make suggestions based on how your family likes to eat your beef, so don't be intimidated if you don't know exactly what you want!
Your beef will dry age for 21 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3-4 weeks after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. The remaining balance will be due at that time. Deposit is non refundable. What comes in a whole beef? The amounts listed below are approximate and will vary based on the size of your animal and the processing options you choose: Roasts (3-4 lbs each) Pot Roast: 4-6 packages Chuck Roast: 8-10 packages Sirloin Tip Roast: 4-6 packages Rump Roast: 6-8 packages Steaks (1 inch thick, 2 per package) Tbone: 20-24 steaks Ribeye: 20-24 steaks Flank: 2 steaks Sirloin: 12-16 steaks Ground Beef (approximately 1 lbs packages) About 120-150 lbs of ground beef A whole beef also includes the option for any specialty cuts you may like such as brisket, tri tip, dino ribs and sirloin flap, etc. Any and all cuts can be made inot ground beef. Beef patties are available for an additional charge. Estimated finished product weight is 360-440 lbs of meat. |
