Dump all of the ingredients into a disposable tin 9x13 pan and smoke on the smoker, stirring occasionally, until all of the ingredients are melted together.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.

The Ultimate Smash Burger
The Burger
Heat griddle or pan on Medium High heat
(About 300 degrees)
Melt fat on the pan
Roll 1/4 ground beef into a ball
Set ball of meat on the cooking surface and use burger smasher or spatulas to smash as thin as you can.
Season with chosen seasoning and let the burger cook until a crust has formed, then flip.
Add cheese at this point if desired.
When patty is done cooking wrap in tin foil and let it rest while you prepare the bun.
The Bun
Spread a thin layer of mayo on the inside of the hamburger bun and lightly dust with garlic powder.
Set bun, mayo side down, on the hot cooking surface to toast.
