Phone Call from the Butcher
After butchering, our beef dry ages for 3 weeks to maximize tenderness and flavor.
At the end of this three week period our butcher will give you a call to discuss your custom cutting instructions. We have a wonderful butcher who will talk you through the different options and can make suggestions based on your families needs, so don't be intimidated if you don't know exactly what you want! |
