How Does This Work?
Order and Place Deposit
Place your order by sending an email through our contact form.
Once we have received your order, we will contact you to give you an estimated butcher date. (We are usually booked 4-6 weeks out) We ask for a 10% deposit to hold your order. |
Phone Call from the Butcher
After butchering, our beef dry ages for 3 weeks to maximize tenderness and flavor.
At the end of this three week period our butcher will give you a call to discuss your custom cutting instructions. We have a wonderful butcher who will talk you through the different options and can make suggestions based on your families needs, so don't be intimidated if you don't know exactly what you want! |
Schedule Delivery
Once your order has been processed, it's time to clean out the freezer!
We will reach out to schedule a time for delivery. The remaining balance for your order will be due at the time of delivery. |
